The Commercial department is well established across Greater Manchester and Lancashire and ensures optimal service levels and professionalism. Key Highlights

• Assisted with facilitating much of the land assembly of key development zones in Bolton Town Centre, including a number of developments in Croal Valley, Central Street, Trinity Quarter, Market Place and Church Wharf.
• Leased Bolton Central, the first and only speculative office development in 10 years in Bolton Town Centre. Appointed at the design stage and provided strategic advice and market knowledge to help deliver the 28,000 sq ft Grade A office building. The whole building let upon completion to an institutional occupier on commercial lease terms.
• Over a 15 year period appointed and retained on major office schemes in the Bolton area, such as Bruntwood’s 76,000 sq ft Grade A building at Atria, 120 Bark Street by Gordon Moon Properties. Along with Merchants Place, Springfield Court and Deakins Business Park, and Navigation Business Park. Not to mention many other office schemes in the Town and the surrounding areas.
• Appointed on Moorgarth’s Market Place which is seen as the premier retail, leisure and hospitality destination. Areas we are assisting on include the former IKON site and the former Debenhams space where the recent planning secured will enable the space to be right sized and repositioned.

• Working with the council we have disposed of a number of residential development sites which have been brought forward and developed. We have advised on residential developments both in Bolton and beyond.
• Involvement on key schemes out side the Town Centre, such as Horwich Loco Works and the Beaumont Estate, which cover circa 800 acres of land across Lostock, Heaton and Ladybridge areas of Bolton
