We have successfully worked with Bolton Council over a 10 year period, advising on a number of the Town Centre projects discussed here today. We have been involved in many of aspects of these projects including working and advising both the council, key stake holders and the various land owners, over acquisitions, disposals and development advice. We have seen a number of these schemes secure success, including office and residential developments. We work closely with a number of the key stake holders in the Town Centre and are trusted to provide them with up to date knowledge and insight of the Town Centre. This includes the current market and local knowledge including trends, historic ownerships and local nuances which has been built up over a 15 year period. We are not just limited to Bolton and our relationships with developers, investors and agents across the North West and beyond enables us to operate on at a local, regional and national level.
